Heather combines her love and passion for the industry to build strong relationships and trust with all of her clients. She also prides herself on providing an exceptional client experience with every transaction. Heather graduated from the University of Houston – Bauer College of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration Management degree. Some of her early real estate related jobs included managing a multi-market appraisal office and selling new homes for a national homebuilder. In addition, she has held a Texas real estate license for the past 17 years and most recently worked as a licensed Realtor with RE/MAX. Heather also spent many years helping clients in the financial services industry as a Licensed (Investments) Relationship Manager and Mortgage Loan Originator at some of the nation’s largest banks. Her extensive background and knowledge of these two industries enable her to bring a unique perspective to her clients since she possesses a solid understanding of all aspects of the real estate process.
Kathleen is currently employed as a Paralegal with the Fulton Strahan Law Group. In this position, her duties include drafting and filing evictions, lease violations, and communicating with property managers to ensure a smooth and accurate eviction process. Working with in-house and co-counsel on various legal matters with all phases of family law, premises liability, personal injury, and general civil litigation cases. She has worked in the legal profession for over 10 years. She attended' Rice University's Paralegal Program and the University of Saint Thomas for a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies.
She enjoys yoga and spends most of her free time debunking conspiracy theories.
Summer 2020 Law Clerk
Alexys joined the firm as a summer law clerk in June 2020. She attended the University of Houston's Bauer College of Business for her undergraduate degree in finance, and she is now a third year law student at the University of Houston Law Center where she is the Executive Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team and a student attorney with the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic. After working in federal government affairs in Washington, D.C., she now utilizes her business and profession acumen to focus on the legal matters of businesses. Alexys has experience in the areas of business formation, contract drafting and contract disputes. She looks forward to continuing her expertise with the Fulton Strahan Law Group.
Outside of work, Alexys enjoys playing tennis and planning and organizing events in her spare time.
Terrence joined the Fulton Strahan Law Group team in May of 2019 as a legal assistant and now works in the area of evictions and litigation. He is a licensed Texas State Notary and lives in Houston with his lovely girlfriend.
He enjoys watching playing video games, watching The Office and rooting for the Houston Rockets.
Kris is a senior honors student at the University of Houston majoring in Political Science and minoring in Phronesis. On-campus, she is a member of the Delta Zeta Sorority where she serves as their Risk Management Executive and Song Member and is a member of their recruitment team. Upon graduating from the University of Houston, she has plans to attend law school and pursue a career in Corporate Law. At Fulton Strahan, Kris serves as an Administrative Assistant offering transactional support and handling communications and scheduling for Kevin Fulton.
In her free time, Kris enjoys singing, playing piano and guitar, learning German, and practicing photography. You can usually find her discovering new restaurants in Houston or adding to her extensive clothing collection.
Intrigued by the law from a very young age, Chelsea enrolled in the Paralegal Program at a local community college where she graduated with her Advanced Certificate of Paralegal Studies as well as an Associate Degree in Applied Science. Chelsea was hired as a Paralegal at The Fulton Law Group in May of 2014 where she has gained experience in several areas of law including Civil, Family, Probate, Personal Injury, and Landlord-Tenant. She mainly handles civil litigation with the occasional probate, family, and landlord-tenant matters. She has experience with several areas of the law and has assisted with drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, and trial preparation.
Summer 2020 Law Clerk
Erica joined the Fulton Strahan team as a summer legal clerk in June 2020. She received her bachelor's of arts degree from Michigan State University in Political Science – Public Policy and Administration. Additionally, she has five years of Human Resources experience working in the oil & gas and the hospitality industry. While working full-time she studied in the evenings at the University of Houston – Downtown where she received her MBA with a certificate in Human Resources Management. As a graduate student at UHD, Erica was heavily involved on campus, taking on the role of the President of their collegiate chapter of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management). Inspired by attorneys leading the seminars at the HR Houston Symposiums, Erica found that her true passion was on the legal side of employment law.
Erica has since interned with employment law attorney, Ahad Kahn Law, and has volunteered with the Houston Bar Association’s juvenile Mock Trial Program. Currently, Erica attends the University of Toledo College of Law in Toledo, OH, and plans to take the Universal Bar Exam in 2020 where she will be able to practice law in both Ohio and Texas.
Hobbies – In her spare time, Erica has been planning her wedding, and will be getting married in San Antonio, TX in August 2020. Outside of school and wedding planning, Erica enjoys spending time with her fiancé and her beloved dog (chihuahua) Peanut hanging out with friends at the Buffalou Bayou Park.
Brian joined the team in August 2019 as a legal assistant. He focuses on working with evictions and is currently Pursuing his career in paralegal studies.
During his free time, he enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities with family and friends or helping out the youth in his church.
Legal Billing Specialist
Olivia is a Legal Billing Specialist with the Fulton Strahan Law Group and has experience in legal billing and legal assistant work with various law firms across different states. She currently serves as a Teaching assistant for the criminology department at University of Houston and Sam Houston State University. Olivia is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Criminology with a minor in Law and Human Services. She will graduate with her Masters Degree in Political Science in December of 2020.
As owner of a non-profit organization, she enjoys giving back to those in need and traveling overseas with her loved ones; She has been to different counties in Europe, the Middle East, the Mediterranean, and the Caribbean regions.
Transactional Legal Assistant
Kaela is currently the Transactional Legal Assistant with Fulton Strahan Law Group. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Lamar University in 2019 where she was an active member in her sorority Alpha Chi Omega. Currently, she is pursuing her Master of Legal Studies online with The University of Arizona and hopes to attend law school after the completion of her masters and pursue a career in Family law.
Outside of work and school, Kaela enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and enjoys traveling. Kaela is an active member at her church and often helps out in the children and youth ministries. Some of Kaela’s other hobbies include fitness, specifically Crossfit, cheering on the Houston Astros and Houston Texans, and catching a good sale at the mall or Target.
